Suggestion de version finale

As far as I'm concerned safety must be important to a plant manager. Health and Safety regulations oblige him to make the workplace safe so that accidents are few. In order to avoid the pain caused to workers and families and damages paid by the factory, plant safety is essential.

Firstly safety devices such as safety switches and physical or electronic machine guards, should be installed on machines because they prevent the worker from entering a working machine. Then safety equipment like hard hats and ear and eye protectors must be worn to protect workers. In the workshop there must be notices warning the workers about chemical or radiation dangers Nevertheless, not only the plant manager but every employee is concerned with safety .Thus a work and safety committee must check safety measures and analyse accident causes.

To conclude in my opinion the plant's most important objective is to make profits.  The more accidents, the more time and money a plant loses. Therefore, to my mind, everyone must try to ensure safety at work.
